What’s the best way to reach Megan to schedule an appointment?
By sending an email. Megan is often with clients and unreachable by phone; if you send an email, she can reach out to you to arrange a time to speak over the phone and/or to schedule an appointment.
Why has Megan not responded to my email and/or returned my phone call to schedule an initial appointment?
Megan receives several emails and phone calls per day inquiring about availability and appointments. It is difficult for her to respond to every inquiry. If you have not heard from Megan within 2 business days it means there are no appointments available currently.
Does Pacific Vista Psychology offer telehealth appointments?
Yes! It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to confirm that your insurance plan includes telehealth coverage. Please note: you must be physically located in WA at the time of your appointment.

What is the appointment cancellation policy?
48 hours advanced notice of your appointment. This allows adequate time for another client to be scheduled for your appointment time.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, there is a $150 late cancelation/no show fee. Please be aware that these charges are your responsibility as insurance companies to not pay for late cancelation/no show fees.
