Appointments

Megan is accepting new clients! To schedule an appointment, please contact Pacific Vista Psychology by phone at 425-332-6434 and/or by email.

Pacific Vista Psychology is open Monday-Thursday. If you call to schedule an appointment, Megan will try to return your call within 2 business days if there is an appointment available. If you do not hear from Megan, it means there are currently no appointments available. If you call on a Friday, please expect that you will not get a return call until the following week.

If you are sending an email, please be aware that Megan will not discuss personal information by e-mail with clients or with others. You are urged to limit e-mail content to scheduling issues, and to contact Pacific Vista Psychology by phone or in person for other matters. Please also be aware that e-mail is only checked intermittently; Megan will try to return your email within 1-3 business days. If you do not hear from Megan, it means there are currently no appointments available.

If you are experiencing a crisis and/or an emergency, please call 911. You can also call the Clark County Crisis Line at 800.626.8137.

Fees

Initial Intake Appointment – $250

Follow Up Therapy Appointments – $185

Additional fees are billed for longer sessions, as needed.

Megan Boutinen, PhD is currently in-network with the following insurance carriers:

First Choice Health
Kaiser PPO

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to determine your out-of-pocket costs. Upon agreeing to Pacific Vista Psychology’s service agreement, you will be responsible for the payment for the full fee for service, therefore, you will be responsible for any difference between the fee for service and the contracted amount paid by your insurance. Out-of-pocket costs may include deductible, copays, or co-insurance fees. It is recommended that you contact your insurance carrier for clarification regarding your insurance coverage and to anticipate your financial responsibility for services at Pacific Vista Psychology.

Telehealth

Pacific Vista Psychology does offer telehealth appointments. If you are interested in virtual visits, please ask about this service when contacting for an appointment.
